Controllers, processors, and sub-processors

For standbybrand.com inquiries, Stand My Brand acts as controller. For client workspace data processed on your behalf, we act as processor under your instructions and our Data Processing Addendum. We use a limited set of infrastructure, analytics, and AI providers under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

International transfers

Where data moves across borders, we use appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses and strict access controls, and we keep transfers to the minimum necessary.
